The $1 billion, 27 story tower block in Mumbai was built to be the home of Mukesh Ambani — the richest man in India, fourth richest man in the world. As well as having a health club with a gym and dance studio, at least one swimming pool, a ballroom, guestrooms, 9 elevators, a variety of lounges and a 50-seater cinema, the tower also has 3 helipads on the roof, and a parking garage with capacity for 160 cars in the lower floors. The most expensive single-family home has been left lying empty for what is now more than a year since its completion. The reason being given is that it doesn’t have enough eastern facing windows.
