Christian Guémy a.k.a. C215 is a French graphic artist whose stencil work has been pooping up all over Barcelona and Berlin. His work is notable for being colorful, astonishingly detailed, and ubiquitous. He has been in love with graffiti since he was a child. While Christian can paint with brushes and cans, he feels that stencils are the best way to quickly place something beautiful anywhere in the streets. According to him: “I paint in the streets people really belonging to the streets: tramps, but also beggars, street orphans from the poorest countries. This is a stencil tradition.”
