Guillaume Cornet, also known as “Mr Guil,” is a painter and illustrator who spends 150 hours working on just one piece. His strategy is to work his way from the bottom of the paper to the top, similar to how a printer works.
The result? An amazing and very detailed illustration that depicts a world of its own. Every piece and character in his work is carefully drawn with great detail in mind, making them unique. Although technology has introduced a variety of techniques to make drawing faster and easier, Mr Guil prefers to do it old school as he still employs traditional techniques and analog processes.
