Realistic Oil Paintings by Tigran Tsitoghdzyan

Put your hands together for Tigran Tsitoghdzyan’s (can you spell/pronounce that?) series of hyper realistic paintings titled “Mirrors.”

The Armenian artist started painting at the tender age of 5, and since then he has never stopped. The result of finding what he truly loves early on in life has allowed him to hone his skill and craft. In these paintings below, Tigran captures an abashed sense of humanity.

The subjects are women covering their faces with their hands, but yet their facial features can still be seen. What message do you think he is trying to send?
